jus thinkin..

Tis is meaningful.. will b a gd quote for me to move on whenever i get sTressed out by whatever happens..whicH often is e case.
In e previous post i was complaining abt NAPFA..well i'm now considering a re-take to get the results i want. I was thinkin since i got a chance why not? but i'm still pondering. Cos I know that re-taking would mean i gotTa waste another 5houRs, Which is really o.O for 6 stations, unLess it's gd weather..
anyway, e NAPFA did told me a lot abt my fitness level and i'm gonna do sumting abt it. i ReFuse to accept tt I'm gonna bcome lik tt after 3 yrs..and stay on like tis.
Guess what makes people look fabulous? It's V-A-N-I-T-Y.
I AM Vain to a certain extent and it's gonna push me to better fitness level & health from now on. More exercise n control over the food i'm eatin.. haha e things I learn from workin in a gym.SimpLy aMazing~ LOL
but i'm serious. It'll b exercise n good food. No diets & stupid pills that some Gals think is helpful. D-I-E-T-I-N-G DOES NOT make u F-I-T let alone Healthy, it may make u skinny but go on with e unhealthY dieting and it will make u sick, putting ur health into hazard Zone.
Sometimes, when i see gals do such things and get gastric or headaches, i rather they jus stay e way they are and b happy.
At least, being H-A-P-P-Y is a healthy thing!=)
